Amita Pandey joined �鶹��Ƶ in 2024 as a Himalayas Regional Lead, where she is engaged in building partnerships with regional stakeholders to advance sustainable hydropower development in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, and Pakistan.

In addition to her role at �鶹��Ƶ, she is also serving as Head of Communications at Bizbell. She has expertise in social media engagement, content creation, brand management, and event coordination focusing on hydropower and renewable energy sector.

Besides that, she is Treasurer for the Nepal �鶹��Ƶ Association (NHA). Amita is also pursuing a master's degree in business administration (MBA) specializing in Finance.
